9.2 Where data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, and where no legal obligation requires its continued retention, okbet7 will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise that data.

9.3 Specific retention periods by data category are as follows:

• KYC and identity documents: Minimum 5 years from account closure or last transaction, per AMLC requirements

13.2 If okbet7 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended and closed, and any personal data associated with that account will be securely deleted to the extent permitted by law.
